Chief Instructor

My journey started in 1991 in Kempo Karate and my secret Bat Girl life snowballed from there. I hold a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate, 2 years of Krav Maga (Israeli hand-to-hand combat), I am a Licensed Armed Security Officer, a member of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).  In 2018, I decided to take my knowledge and experience and put it to better use by training other women….Woman At The Ready was born.  Though I am an instructor, I continually seek more advanced and stress-induced training for myself in order to apply a “real-life” teaching experience for my students.

 

 
No woman should ever be a victim, you should always feel safe whether married or single mom with children, and no life should ever be lost when it could have been saved. The only thing more tragic than a death is a death that could have been prevented.
